In 2005, I attended the Millionaires Matrix Boot camp by Robert Allen, in his seminar, Bob share about creating multiple stream of income. One of the stream of income apart from Bob real estate is Internet Marketing and Online Business. Bob also invite some audience who had been in online business to show it live how they make money.

After the seminar, I started a quest to find how one can make extra income on the internet or start an online business. One thing lead to another, and here I am writing in this lens My Journey thus far. It is still along way for me to attain to Financial Freedom as Bob said, create a residual or passive income and you will have the time freedom to do what ever you wanted!

This lens will share my journey, challenges, frustrations, light moment and more importantly the resources and information that I found that might help to shorten your learning curve in starting your online business or internet marketing.

I am a Chartered Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the world largest institution of marketing professional, but when it come to Internet Marketing, I must admit I am a apprentice or novice, at best an amateur who take a liking to try to break he code of internet marketing.

During my quest for the last couple of years, I was overwhelmed by the ingenuity and creativity of Internet marketing Techniques by some IM gurus. Most of the products are oversell and under deliver,many of the so called secrets are actually a compilation of tutorials from the software provided in their own words and examples. Some taught you to get rich by selling their "How to get rich quick?" ebooks. The ebooks are nothing more than just blowing their own triumphant with a chronological events of their "success".

I have been enticed into buying some of these ebooks and softwares, many as I discovered later, they were selling at a lower price elsewhere. Some, give ridiculous high total price in their offers and then offered to you at a rock bottom price, and you found out later, their offer gifts are offered FREE elsewhere. Some OTO provide a huge discount when you click NO, the next screen immediately offers not only at a much lower price, they give even more bonus and FREE gifts. They are taking advantage on the trust of their subscribers and their own creditability.

They are of course, many Internet Gurus that practice ethical Marketing and share the ethical way of building a long term business and I will share in this lens later
