    Using Squidoo to promote local businesses is such a great and under used idea. I found the perfect coffee shop recently in Seattle.

    You are right, coffee shops (and any small business) can benefit from the ease with which a Squidoo lens can be made.

    That's a great idea for a lens. Perhaps I will write some lenses about local shops where I live - not that I am a barista or something, but it would be handy for someone.

    Brilliant idea, Kimberly! This lens is a perfect "sample" to take to shop owners for a pitch - either to sign them up on Squidoo themselves or to have them hire me to make their lens.
