Looking for some comfortable shoes for narrow feet? Perhaps I'll save you some steps. : )
My new favorite shoes are pictured below. My earlier favorite shoes are shown on the left; the closest style I found on Amazon for them is: Women's Merrell Siren Sport GORE-TEX® XCR®

Reebok RealFlex Shoes
I recently purchased a pair of the RealFlex shoes, and love how they feel. They are lightweight and very flexible. They are form fitting around my heel. The upper fabric is also lightweight with give to it. I didn't even need to add innersoles to these.
The soles are known to attract gravel; however I have found that they are easily removed by flexing the soles over the trash can. I usually take them off first.

The outer soles are made with numerous sensors with space between them, allowing for greater flexibility of the sole.
Lace Up Shoes give more flexibility in adjusting the shoe fit.
Comfortable Shoes
Sometimes I just want comfy and flexible.
I like my shoes light weight and flexible. There was a pair that I liked so much that I wanted a new pair just like them, but they weren't to be found. I contacted Nike and found out that Nike changes their styles every three to four months. Did you know shoe styles could change so quickly?

It's been my experience that Nike shoes run small.
A good rule of thumb that has worked for me, is to get a size larger than I usually take, when I buy Nike shoes.

There really is a difference in how athletic shoes are constructed, depending on what they are to be used for. The foot comes down differently when one is running as opposed to when they are walking.
Straps that cross higher up on the foot, help a shoe to fit snugger.
Comfortable Dress Shoes for Narrow Feet
The heal of your foot sits lower in Earth Shoes.
The earth shoes have a lower heal, so I did also purchase heal inserts (which still allows a lower heal but the back of the shoes hits in a better place for me) and inner soles to help with the fit; to help them be more snug. The amazing thing is however, is that there wasn't any major break-in period. They were comfortable from the start. The rounded toe is nice and roomy. The shoe I got was a B, and some styles also come in wide.

Earth Shoes for Men
In Earth shoes the heal sits lower than in other shoes, which is good for the back and posture.
I wear my Earth shoes occasionally, as I got a more casual dress pair.

Clark's Women's Rise Sandal
Has soft fabric against the foot.
This sandal is lined with a soft stretch fabric. I usually wear a 9 in shoe size, but usually purchase sandals in a 1/2 to 1 size smaller. I purchased this pair in a size 8 and the snugness and the length are just right for me.
I've also been told by a shoe person in a store, that Clark's tend to run on the narrow side.

Other great shoes that I've found over the years have been Naturalizer shoes. Many of their shoes come in narrow and some also in slim (AA).

For a long time now, I have resorted to buying shoes that either lace or tie up so I can have more freedom in how they fit. - When mom died, she left almost new shoes -- lot of them -- that were just a bit too narrow for me. I used to have narrow feet, but after living here in sneakers for almost twenty years, I'm now closer to a B than a AAA. I'd love to find a home for these, since they were expensive shoes. They are in the 8 1/2 AAA range, both heels and flats. Most are SAS. If you think you could use them, please contact me. I gave some away, and kept some, hoping my feet might get small someday. I doubt if they ever will, and these are taking up valuable closet space. I am hoping I'll be able to wear my own SAS sandals someday, but they have straps that go right over my bunion on my big toe, and it just doesn't work, though it seemed to when I bought them. Now I wear Keds most of the time, or my SAS wide-toed shoes that are smooth with no seams going over my sore toe. Shoes are wonderful when they fit, but terrible when they don't. Naturalizers and Red Cross shoes worked well in the past, as well. The shoes you show here should work well for most narrow feet, and you have a good selection.
