My purpose for this is to show over time that you can create the proper mind set to become more healthy and take better control of your body. No one becomes unhealthy overnight and no becomes fit and healthy overnight either. It all takes time and learning how to build that dimension into our daily lives is a process.

How do you see yourself
Most of us have a no or a very poor self vision. By that I mean we only see ourselves for what our reflection gives back to us so we fail to look beyond that reflection to see what we could look like. Now in all fairness you are constantly shown what the beautiful people in the world look like and our media wants to compare and crucify them at the same time. We have many different body types and muscle tone so the perfect image may not be that attainable but we certainly don't have to settle for the reflection we are currently looking at. We need to visualize something better and slimmer if that's what can drive us forward. Perhaps visualizing losing only 20lbs over the next 4 months might be something to go for and by creating that vision we can start small as for our target and slowly over time recreate ourselves in the process.
