Who Are Your Kids Talking To?

RADAR, mymobilewatchdog.com a parental control cell phone monitoring system that provides protection for children and enhanced communication with parents through supervision and alerts. It was developed as a response to the increasing risks children face from having such convenient access to the Internet and cellular communication. Cyberbullying, contact by predators and other problems are on the rise through the use of cell phones. Parents must make use of the same technology to keep their children safe.

Let RADAR Protect Your Children

Modern day cell phones are portals to the Internet and can be a wonderful resource for children. They can communicate with parents, teachers and friends, send email and text messages, play interactive games, and surf the web - that's why it's important to be aware of what children see on their phones, who they talk to, and what they share about themselves. Just like any safety issue, it's a good idea to talk with children about these concerns, take advantage of resources to protect them from potential dangers, and keep a close eye on their activities.

RADAR, Your Kids' Mobile Watchdog, was developed to monitor and track children's cell phone contacts and immediately alert parents if they receive unwanted or suspicious email, instant messages, text messages or phone calls. The product also helps parents stay connected to their children through setting appointments and tasks from the Internet to the child's cell phone.

How does RADAR Work?

RADAR is a cell phone service designed to help parents monitor what their children hear and see on the internet using mobile devices. With the never-ending supply of uncensored information available on the internet, children are susceptible to an array of highly inappropriate content, predators lurking in the safe anonymity of the web, and the often poor judgment of their peers. RADAR parental control provides parents with the ability to see everything the child sees, know who they're talking to, and when their conversations and texting takes place. Parents are notified immediately when certain events occur, such as:

Unauthorized changes to the address book

Calls received from or placed to unauthorized numbers

Emails received from or sent to unauthorized contacts

Text messages received from or sent to unauthorized contacts

Instant messages received from or sent to unauthorized contacts

These events trigger the generation of an email alert or SMS text message to the parent. The text of these messages is stored in RADAR for parental review. Phone call start-time, end-time and duration are stored in RADAR as well. A simple-to-navigate web site is used to set up and maintain the child's account. The parental control dashboard is on the Internet and can be accessed on the nearest web-enabled computer. The product also helps teach children how to use cell phones responsibly while facilitating discussions about cell phone use in general.
