Pictured is my easy to make and beautiful to serve Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie. This recipe uses Fair Trade Dark Chocolate (70% Cocoa) to drizzle on the crust and the top of the pie. We used fresh & organic Florida strawberries, picked in early March, when I made this dessert for our winter vacation guests. Recipe is found on page 102.
