Collecting Polish Pottery

I've fallen for Polish Pottery..  I've traveled to Poland 10 times while living overseas. I am back in the US and miss the fun shopping sprees there! .  If you have some Polish Pottery you can understand why its so addictive.  They call it catching the Polish Pottery Bug!.   Polish pottery is all hand painted or stamped.  The pottery is durable.  Of course it can break like any other ceramic but I've been in Poland with swarms of other women busting through the doors to buy it and seen pottery fall to the cement floor and just roll!  Unbelievable!! 

    The patterns all have the unifying color of cobalt blue that makes them all go together.  Its fun to mix and match patterns and always new patterns are coming, so its fun to see what's new!  

Best selling feature of the pottery besides being beautiful?  Is that its freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher safe!  Though to make it oven safe you need to buy a quality 1 or quality 2 piece.   The pottery is all marked  accordingly, so for example a quality 4 piece you may want more for decoration and not to use in the oven and such.
