My Private Classroom

My Private Classroom under the leadership of Diane Hochman presents many webinars and tele-seminars each week that focus on using our common sense in marketing and promoting ourselves and our interests.

What intrigued me most about My Private Classroom was their expertise in social media and video marketing. They teach how to build a social media web presence and all phases of video creation and marketing step-by-step.

They are on top of the latest developments in Web 2.0 and mobile technology.

About brauner

I'm Larry Brauner. I live with my family in the Lower Hudson Valley about 35 miles northwest of New York City.

Since 2005 I have been a business analyst at a major telecom. I develop and implement customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value models, as well as key performance indicators.

From 2001 to 2004 I was a recruiting and marketing consultant for Excel Communications.

From 1978 to 2001 I held a variety of positions at Eric Marder Associates, a preeminent marketing research firm serving Fortune 500 companies. I computerized the business and refined many research and operational processes.

I collaborated with Eric Marder on The Laws of Choice, a groundbreaking treatise on marketing research and choice behavior. Mr. Marder wrote in his acknowledgments that I "did the computer work, consolidating studies and generating new analyses as required. He was my severest critic. I felt confident that if I could persuade Larry of something, I would be able to persuade just about anyone else. His contribution was invaluable."

My business interests include books and self-study, customer analysis, marketing, online social networking, personal development, recruiting, search engine marketing, social media marketing, social networking sites, training and web analytics.

My non-professional accomplishments include: completed high school math at 15 and began my computer studies, Nationally Ranked #16 United States Junior Chess Player (1971), top U.S. player and teacher of the oriental Go game (1976-1981), New York City Marathon finisher (1984 & 1985). I also achieved a basic level of proficiency in cello and the ancient Talmud -- undertaking both as an adult.
