Collectible Toys, Dolls, Cross Stitch Stuff and Handmade Cabbage Patch Kids Doll Clothes
I might be an adult, but I'm a kid at heart!!! I mostly collect dolls from my childhood, dolls I always wanted but never could have. But I also collect alot of other things as well. I also love to sew, especially doll clothes. I love listening to music, especially songs from the 70s and 80s. My all time favorites are the Eagles, Bon Jovi, U2, Fleetwood Mac, Blondie, Berlin, Queensryche and The Police. I read alot, mostly Anne Rice novels (love those vampire books!) and books about Egypt and Cleopatra. I started a collection of Egyptian stuff too, I seem to have alot of different interests....I'm here to share my love of these things with you. I've been selling online for 10 years and now am happy to have a Blujay Store!!!

When I was a little girl, My Great Aunt Teena made doll clothes for me. I would go to her house and she would give me milk and cookies to eat while I sat and watched her sewing my doll clothes. She made me the most beautiful clothes. I remember thinking how I wanted to use a sewing machine to make doll clothes too! By the time I was old enough to use a sewing machine, my Aunt Teena had passed away, but my Aunt Kathy taught me to sew on hers. When I got older and started to make Porcelain Dolls, I made all my own clothes for them too. My daughter started collecting Cabbage Patch Dolls when they first came out, so I went to The Cabbage Patch Store at Hobby City in Anahiem California to buy her a Doll and ended up working for them sewing their Cabbage Patch Kids Doll Clothes. I sew many different things, but making doll clothes has always been my favorite... I like to think my Aunt Teena is smiling down at me whenever I start the sewing machine.... Visit Blujay !!!!

Cross Stitching
I think of cross stitching as a natural extension of sewing, for me anyways. I did needlepoint when I was younger, then discovered cross stitch. It takes alot of patience to count those little squares, but I find it to be relaxing. Its fun to sometimes come up with my own design!
