What is Mobsters for Myspace

Mobsters is an online game where you start as a petty thug and work your way to being the Mob Boss of a large organized crime ring. The game's objective is to purchase property, vehicles, weapons, and complete missions to better attack and defend against rival mob members to earn money and rise in level. It is available as an app that you can add through Myspace and requires no software to buy or download, it is playable totally online as a myspace app.

Mobster Tip - Mob Members

Attacking

When attacking or defending in MySpace Mobsters you can only use a certain number of mob members. You can use 5 times your current level, so if you are level 25 you can use 125 mob members, if you are level 26 then you can use 130. This keeps it fair for players that are on the same level. The other limitation is you can only use the number of mob members you have. If you are level 25, you could use 125 mob members, but if you only have 111, then you will use 111. You can only use the mob members you have and only use 5 times your current level, there is also a max of 500 mob members you can use, but you have to be at level 100 or higher to use that many. Each mob member can carry 1 gun, wear 1 armor, and drive 1 vehicle, so you want 1 gun, 1 armor, 1 vehicle for each mob member you can use.

Missions

As you get higher in levels some missions require you to have a certain number of mob members, still start recruiting early.

Adding Members
You can only add members that are your friends on myspace. You must add them as friends first, then send the request for them to join your mob, some simple profile setting changes will ensure you are more friendly to add.

Disable Captcha Settings

Except Friend Invitations from people that don't know your last name or email, basically people you don't know.

Allow myspace apps to send you messages

There are several mobster add sites that have popped up due to the overwhlming popularity of myspace mobsters, some charge for this, others are free. Post your myspace url on those sites to get more mob members added than you'll ever need. I recommend 500 MySpace Mobster Adds

The important thing is as you go up in levels, the more mob members you have added (up to 500) the better off you'll be!

Mobster Tip - Territory

Territory earns you money. Money can buy more territory or equipment, such as vehicles, armor, and weapons. As you progress your equipment will have an upkeep cost. This is paid from the money you make from territories, and if your upkeep cost is greater than your income you will begin losing equipment.

You can buy as many of any territory that you want.

The more you own of one territory the higher the price you will pay to buy more! You can buy up to ten of any 1 territory for the same price.

Here's the example: A Casino cost 40 million to buy your first one. There is a 10% increase for each one you own after that, you buy one for 40 million then the next one cost 44 million. The next will cost 10% more than that and so on. But you could by ten for 40 million each all at once. By buying properties in this way you will save millions in the overall cost. Yes, it takes a little longer to save up the extra cash but definatly worth it.

Never buy just 1 territory at a time!

Buy as many of 1 property that you can afford at one time!

Mobster Tip - Fighting

Fighting is random, sort of like rolling dice. If your roll is higher than your opponents then you win and vice versa. You can attack a mobster and win attack again immediatly, with nothing changing and loose. Of course, it based upon the equipment you have, as in the better equipment the higher you can roll. SO get the best gear you can.

You already know you can use mob members equal to 5 times your level. You can have 1 weapon, 1 armor, and 1 vehicle for each member you can use, so make sure you have that for each member. When fighting, take your level times 5 and look to fight people with lower numbers, 9 out of 10 times you will win if you have 1 weapon, 1 armor, and 1 vehicle for each of your members.
