    so, i don't know where to say this cause this is just a thank you thinger but i've been using the "add a section" code for a while on my myspace and just yesterday 'it went bad'. my layout was all over the place, but it's not just this code, i looked for new ones to add custom tables, none of them work anymore. did myspace change their coding or something? or is there a way you can fix the code?

    oh, and thank you by the way, this stuff is awesome.

    Alright Kim, you may have just sold me on getting MySpace page. I can't really tell you why I haven't already started one, but I know it has to do with limited time. In regard to CSS, I love working withing with CSS and building websites with styles sheets.

    I've been on the internet for several years and always wanted to web design. Finding and making graphics was always my problem. :(

    Nice CSS overview Kimberly. MySpace really does have the weirdest way to change your page out of all the social networking services.

    Hey! jsyk, i figured out how to get rid of the URL box, or any box at all! if you put

    ""

    in the about me section just under your text that gets displayed there, the box evaporates! Remember the "." before the box class. The "boxClass" can be found when you look at the source code, but to save you time, here's the cheat sheet:

    Latest Blog Entry = latestBlogEntry
    URL = userProfileURL

    Contact Table = contactTable
    Profile Table (with Photo, Headline, etc.) = profileInfo
    Interests = interestsAndDetails
    Details = userProfileDetails
    Blurbs = blurbs
    Top Friends = friendSpace
    Comments = friendsComments

    I haven't tried these ones, but they might work:
    Footer Ad = mySpaceAdvertiserDisplay
    MySpace Bar At Top = profileV1main

    Lots of great info here. Many Myspace pages usually end up looking the same or cluttered (in my opinion). This is mainly because people don't bother to use HTML. So these tips are great!

    Now that I have "mastered" Squidoo (I'm kidding), I'm thinking about setting up a MySpace page. Now that I know exactly where to get a MySpace "road map," I think my efforts will not be as frustrating and will be more productive.
