Social Networking sites have taken the Internet like a huge rolling wave, and that means WE GOTTA LEARN TO SURF. MySpace stands at the top of the heap. With over 200,000,000 people running around MySpace, what's a marketer to do?Get with it, my friend...get with it.
Our primary MySpace site features a book we authored, and let me tell you: when someone sends you a comment about buying your product and how much they liked it...well, it just don't get no better than that.
Or, you post good information on your MySpace blog, and comments begin rolling in from folks who really appreciated the info.
You begin building a reputation for good information. People like to buy from those they feel closer to. That's the social part of social networking. The networking part is gathering friends from around the world.
