Well, I started to look for any cues/keywords that had to do with starting an online business from scratch. I looked for words such as work-from-home-mom, new online marketer, online affiliate beginner, learn affiliate marketing from scratch, step-by-step-guide to affiliate marketing, guided affiliate program, make money online for affiliate greenhorns, and so on.

Another important aspect for me was that the programs had to teach me how to use free making money tools on the net. How do you know - at this point - that the affiliate marketing training course will ever make you money? Well, I wanted to see evidence first before I spent a single cent on another online tool!

Tip 2 - Avoid haste

Narrow down your search to your 3 favorite make money online for affiliate greenhorns training courses. DON'T DECIDE ON IMPULSE because this is what the vendors want you to do. For this reason they are screaming so loud. Don't waist your hard earned money because you decide spontaneously! Talk it over with somebody you trust! Sleep on it!

Tip 4 - Be and remain FOCUSED

When you have decided to go for the online training course for beginners of your choice, you have to place yourself in a twilight zone. What I mean is that you have to zoom in - DON'T GET DISTRACTED. The teaching platform is still the internet, and you will constantly be exposed to new exciting stuff that you want to explore further. Stop the temptation, the price you pay is high as you lose valuable time, and more important FOCUS. Always remind yourself that you are on learning mode - 30 to 60 days depending on the course. There is light at the end of the tunnel, believe me!

Tip 5 - Be prepared to initially make very little or no money

Be emotionally prepared to earn ZERO! while you go through the course. This sounds quite harsh, and my good intention is to buffer your disappointment when the money is not coming in as quickly as you have expected. Have in mind that 95% do not make it through the 'drought period'. A better frame of mind to start with is thinking of your success in time frames of 6 months.

Did you know that only 5% of internet marketers make it because they are persistent. To which percentage do you want to belong?

Tip 6 - Keep your motivation up

Join forums where you can discuss your frustrations, hick-ups, roadblocks, and more. Some online training courses for beginners even have their own member forums to join that are great support.
