My Top Internet Gurus: Jim Edwards

What I like about Internet marketing guru Jim Edwards

My favourite Internet marketing gurus all have individual strengths that make me a follower, and when it comes to Jim Edwards it's about his teaching skills. I've never seen or heard anyone explain how to do things on the Internet in such easy to follow detail as Jim Edwards does. After I watch one of his webinars or Camtasia videos on any technical issues, I can always go ahead and do it myself. When I'm ready to go ahead, I open Jim's demo video, watch the first step and then open another window and do it. Then I watch the next step and do it, and so on until it's done. Jim's style is natural and easy. He doesn't condescend, but at the same time he doesn't take it for granted that you know anything about the subject. One thing I hate about many of the online demos is that people go too fast, and the cursor is flying around the screen so fast you can't follow anything. That's very frustrating, and fortunately Jim Edwards doesn't do it. When he moves the cursor and clicks on something, he gives you enough time to see where he is before clicking. I'm definitely NOT technically inclined, but I've been able to do things that to me are amazing, just by watching and following the lessons and demonstrations of Jim Edwards. Where do I see these lessons? Ah well, read on to the next sections!

The Net Reporter

The Net Reporter isn't a website, it's is a treasure chest for Infomarketers!

The first time I read about Jim Edwards' membership site called The Net Reporter, I didn't join. It sounded great, but I wasn't sure I was ready to spend the money on it every month. He closed the membership after a little while, so it was too late anyway. But I kept reading stuff online from people who loved The Net Reporter and I began to think I'd missed out.

Fortunately, last fall Jim opened up the membership again and I did join. I reasoned I would test it for 3 months and if it wasn't worth it I could cancel my membership. Well, as soon as I opened up the site and saw what was there, I was blown away. I'm in this one for the long haul! The monthly membership fee is a drop in the bucket considering all the information Jim gives members, not just once a month but on an ongoing basis sometimes every day.

What's in The Net Reporter? Well, it's definitely multi-media! Jim writes articles on specific topics; he makes marvelous Camtasia videos teaching us how to do things online (even those of us who are not technical wizards!); he has audio lessons; he includes neat software we can download and use; when he talks about a complex topic with several steps or pieces, he creates templates so we can do things in the right order --- and there's more that I can't even remember. One of these days I'm taking a week away from my everyday business tasks just to explore The Net Reporter in detail and find out everything that's there!

And once a month he sends an actual DVD containing his "Online Business Show", which has to be seen to be appreciated.

My membership in The Net Reporter means I don't have to respond to the gazillion "latest and greatest" products that come through my emailbox, because I know that if it's important, Jim will cover it in The Net Reporter.

Jim Edwards' Mini Site Creator

The first and still the best!

I used to hear people throwing around statements like, "Just put up a one-page site, add an opt-in box to build your list and you'll be on your way." I didn't doubt it, but the trouble was I hadn't a clue how to do it! So for a long time I was stuck because I couldn't get past the technical skills I THOUGHT I needed to have.

Then I found Jim Edwards and his marvelous teaching skills --- and
Mini-Site Creator. First, I didn't realize there was more than one kind of mini site, but I learned from Jim that there are four basic types. Each has its own purpose, and you need to know which one is right for your business model. Mini-Site Creator shows you how to decide.

Create Money-Making Mini-Sites FAST!

In Mini-Site Creator Jim teaches you how to set up a download page so that you can give people your free report or whatever you are offering to build your list. Then he shows you how to put the actual form on the site and link it to an autoresponder so that your messages will go out automatically. Before Mini-Site Creator, I knew this was what I had to do but had no clue how to do it. Now I do --- and I do it all the time with my new sites.

The course is a physical package, a series of CDs full of great step-by-step video demonstrations you're supposed to do over a three-week period. But if you're really enthusiastic and get carried away like me, you can do it in less time. And because you have the CDs, you can always go back and go over any bits that need clarifying.

Check it out here now --- Jim will give you all the details of what his program includes. The price is amazing for what you get, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Mini-Site Creator.
