*END UPDATE*
I'm going to put myself on blast. I figure this is the best motivation for me to lose weight. So I've decided to chronicle my adventures on my Wii Fit. So here's the deal:
I will post a new blog everyday I exercise on the Wii Fit. I will post my vitals, including my COB, BMI, and weight. I will post what I did and how long a exercised among other things. Every week I will also post my Wii Fit age. Near the bottom of this blog I will post my top scores for each exercise I do.
I don't do well on diets but I will eat better. I will also post anytime I do something other than the wii that contributes to my weight loss.
I am hoping this keeps me motivated so please sign the guest book below with any words of advice or to just say hello. Thanks!

Love it! I just started exercising about 3 days ago and I've already lost 1 pound! That's an amazing feat. for just doing the Wii Fit, but with diet, I expect even more weight loss.

No. It's a fad that will run it's course. It has no benefit whatsoever.

Amazingly enough, we bought Wii Fit for our 13 year old son, a bit concerned because it is not a conventional game. He needn't have worried because he loves it! Don't think twice to buy Wii Fit for your kids!
Having read your lens however, I might have a go at it myself!

Wow what a great lens. This makes me want a Wii even more! grr. And if anyone is looking for workout programs This is one of my favorite health & fitness sites. It lets you track food, workouts, and calories!

I got the WiiFit for Christmas. I love it! I have used it every day since setting it up. I do the yoga and the step in the morning, and strength and either balance or aerobics in the afternoon, about an hour total each day. It has motivated my 18 year old daughter to get active! She loves to compete against me to try to beat my scores! That leads to my question...is there any way to switch players during an activity, so that I can hula hoop, then she can hula hoop, and the system will track our mii's individually? Please respond to mrice22060@yahoo.com
I feel better, have more energy, pay more attention to my posture, and with a good eating plan, I am actually losing a little weight.
Good luck to every one who is WiiFitting!

I've been thinking about getting a WiiFit, if they ever become readily available for a decent price. What did you think of the system overall? I'd love to hear a review.
