You need a good base coat for your Nail designs. This is my favourite set with crackle nail art trend. This technique uses a special shattering nail polish that gives a crackled/shattered/marbled effect.

Easy as 1, 2, 3
Apply Base color
Apply chosen "crackle" color over base
Seal with a top layer clear coat
voila!
