Having a beautiful and healthy nail is not just for women. Nowadays, even men have become aware of their nails, either because of fashion or health. The nail is indirectly related to the health of a certain person. In fact, your doctor can make medical diagnosis through your nails.

7 Tips for Nail Self-Care 

Nails do not need to be painted perfectly or dabbed with various glossy colors to be categorized as healthy. If your nails are chipped and brittle, yellowish in color and slightly detached from the nail bed you are probably facing nail problems. And the culprit is the Nail Fungus. If the following symptoms are on your nails, you need not to worry much. There are available over the counter anti-fungal solution that can be purchased from the drugstores that can help cure the nail fungus. The Zetaclear solution is a surefire way to get rid of the fungus that took shelter on your nails. All you have to do is to apply it on the nails including those that are not infected for about six months. The three months treatment is not advisable because the nail fungus can be dormant for awhile but will recur again.

After ZetaClear nail treatment cured the nail infection or if you have a healthy nails, prevention for recurrence or from contacting infection is a must. Here are some of the guaranteed nail cares that anyone can adapt regardless of gender:

6. You can do away without the nail polish. Although it is a fashion trend the space between the nail and the polish will be a breeding area for the nail fungus therefore; nail polish should not be worn.
