Lamisil can have side effects on Kidney disease sufferers so consult your doctor or pharmacist before using if you have kidney problems (Thats for the version you take internally - the cream is good when applied directly). An Alternative nail fungus cure is DAKTARIN which is also available as a foot powder and will hold the little bugs at bay..
