He has the Rasengan, Kyuubi and Hermit/Sage Mode!
Then there's his Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. Aang would have to fight alone but Naruto can create so many strong clones!
He also has a bit of Itachi's power and so much willpower!
He would never give up and as a ninja he's used to fights like that.

Aang would win. Naruto would eventually run out of Chakra. While Aang can make wind shields against Naruto's weapons, and can fly around, a skill that Naruto does not know. Plus, Aang's attacks can split rocks, so it would be hard for Naruto not to break a bone or something against Aang's more powerful attacks. If Naruto were to open up the Demon, it wouldn't make much of a difference, since Aang does have a high possibility of going into this weird ?avatar' form also. So? Most definitely Aang.
