TWESA stands for Tennessee Weddings and Events Specialists Association.

Ok, it's just an association of wedding professionals in the Nashville area. But I'd emphasize the professional part.

TWESA has high standards of membership and those standards have just been raised.

Unfortuantely, when it comes to weddings there are fly-by-nighters and newcomers posing as seasoned professionals.

I'm not saying that only TWESA has professional wedding people - but it's a great place to start and you can have some assurance that these wedding vendors know what they are doing.

There are alot of stories out there for instance of disappointed couples when they get their wedding photos. They thought they had a pro working for them and found out too late that they didn't.

So take a look at Tennessee Weddings and Events Specialists Association where you will find lists of websites & contact info. for dozens of wedding professionals.
