Did you know that March 1st is National Peanut Butter Day? Peanut Butter Day gives all of us peanut butter fans a chance to pay tribute to America's most popular sandwich.
Peanut butter is a yummy spread made from dry roasted peanuts. When you crush peanuts and grind them up they slowly become a yummy paste called peanut butter. Once you have some peanut butter you can spread it only bread with jelly and make a delicious sandwich or you can use peanut butter to make some awesome desserts, like peanut butter fudge, cookies and pies.
