I love animals, all kind of animals. I am the type of person who swerves to dodge the darting squirrel. My favorite type of pets are cats. I could probably almost be considered the modern "cat lady" hahaha. My favorite wild animals are turtles, monkeys, and big cats. We have two dogs, 2 cats and a few fish in our family.

I love cooking. I am most famous in my family for being able to make something out of nothing. With minimal ingredients I can make a yummy and filling meal. Some of my favorite ingredients to use are onions and garlic.
Here's the recipe to my
Not Too Spicy Chili
1 can red beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can rotel, 1 can stewed tomatoes(the Italian flavored works great), the ground beef, and a pack of chili seasoning.
Simply you just ground the beef, add the seasoning, mix all the ingredients, leaving the juices in all the cans you should need to add no water. Heat to a boil then lower the heat and cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes. This should feed for with leftovers the next day for daddies lunch or something.

3 years ago I didn't even know what the word genealogy meant. And once I found out I was hooked. I traced some of my lines back to the 16th century. Like my Keep family. I have my family tree info all on Ancestry.com. It is one of my favorite sites to use to organize my tree. I even wrote an Ehow article on how to start you own genealogy research if that is something you may be interested in. I hope to one day pass down to my kids a wonderful family tree book, with all the interesting things I have found out about our family.

For now I can only travel through my dreams and online. But after my kids move out and I can retire I hope to do a lot of traveling. Some of the places I would love to travel or things I would love to see:
The Great Pyramids, Yellowstone Park, Himalaya Mountains, Niagra Falls, Iguaza Waterfalls(photo) in Argentina, The Great Wall of China, The Great Coral Reef, Antarctica, Venice Italy, Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany, Tasmania Island in Australia, Amsterdam, Jamaica, Hawaii, Maui, and probably a ton of other places that I can't think to list right now.

All of these interests sort of go hand and hand. They all sprout from those where did we come from, why are we here and where are we going questions. Those questions that many people often wonder, but only some desire to truly discover.
God- I am still not sure. I know we have a creator, but I am not sure if I believe every piece of the bible as many times as it has been re written.
Astrology and Numerology- I am a Capricorn. When I read my horoscope or stuff about my numerology, or the numerology of my kids or husband it usually fits just right. So I sort of believe it.
I could go on and on about these type of things if someone wanted to sit down and discuss them.

I am truly amazed by the human mind and how it works. When I was 12 or 13 I had the dream of becoming a pshychologist when I grew up. I especially find it interesting how people learn and how they are effected by their enviornment. I am very good at anaylzing why people do certain things that they do. Or why they have certain habits. Every new person I meet I find myself analyzing their past and how it is related to their present. And trying to figure out basically why they are the way they are. Now that I am 25 I am afraid this dream will forever remain just a dream. But luckily I have lots of other interests to fall back on.
