The Surprising, Unbiased Truth About What You Should Eat and Why

A process in the body known as oxidation can lead to the production of substances called free radicals. Free radicals can cause damage to the cells, leading to premature aging - or even cancer!
Antioxidants can neutralize free radicals by stabilizing them before they can do damage to your cells. Since oxidation occurs naturally in every body, it's important to maintain a balance between oxidation and antioxidants.
There are a number of antioxidant supplements on the market, but it's also very important to get as many of these from natural foods as possible, because there are probably a great many antioxidants in foods that have not yet been discovered.

Antioxidants are amazing. I found that a diet of raw fruits and vegetables helped get rid of my cervical cancer, and they are full of powerful antioxidants. I don't consume cooked foods anymore, but it is tempting to eat cooked tomatoes and carrots to get those extra benefits.
