My favorite diet plan comes from bodybuilding!
That's right! Bodybuilders and fitness athletes have the best bodies on the planet. They know how to eat and how to fuel their bodies in order to look their best. I am 100% certain this bodybuilding diet plan will work for anyone who loves to eat delicious foods and can train hard in the gym or at home!
The natural bodybuilding diet plan I followed
OK so when I started to notice changes, others did too. Family, coworkers, friends, strangers at the gym who I had never spoken to before. It was really amazing that this natural bodybuilding-inspired nutrition plan could change my body so fast and without effort. Yes it's true. I was able to eat every 3 hours, can you believe that? All the delicious foods I had loved and was deprived in previous diets, I could now eat all day long (in moderation) and lose body fat while building strong lean muscles. I did follow a bodybuilding diet recommended by a natural bodybuilder who was a friend, specifically designed for my own needs. I was tought how to nurish my body with the proper foods rather than starve it all day long with one or two meals. I could easily prepare my foods in 20 minutes every night and then have them ready for the next day to take at work or wherever I had to go, school or away on vacation!
Here's what I ate in detail:
Meal 1 around 6 am
Egg white omelet, loaded with vegetables and low fat cheese
Oatmeal or whole grain toast
Low Fat milk
Meal 2 around 10 am
Turkey Sandwich
Fruit & Nuts
Meal 3 1pm
Fish with potatoes and
steamed vegetables.
Meal 4
Big protein milk shake
and some fruit
Meal 5
Lean red meat with brown rice
and salad
Meal 6
Yogurt with fruit
