- Excellent lens, considering that the average person maybe carrying as great as the equivalent of 8 meals of undigested food within their colon, utilising the best colon cleansing methods is undoubtedly the wisest choice anyone can make especially those who are particular conscious about their health.

- I love your lens. I especially love the fact that you went into detail about the different types of foods that are beneficial for a cleanse. I do believe that we should do enemas or colonics to get rid of the loosened debris so they don't remain in your body. If you get a chance check out my blog.
