How to Treat and Cure Boils Naturally
If you are looking for a natural cure for a boil or an abscess, then you've come to the right place. An abscess happens when pus accumulates and can occur anywhere on the skin or internal organs. Skin abscesses may form on an area where clothing is rubbing on the skin, but more commonly they occur around a wound or cut.
A boil is when an abscess forms around a hair follicle. Boils most commonly form on the skin of the buttocks, face, neck, and underarms. They usually begin as a small, and tender bump called a nodule, that becomes swollen and red. After two to four days, a pus-filled spot called a pustule, forms in the center of the boil. After a few days the pustule may break and a white or yellow-colored pus may leak from it. Although painful and unpleasant, boils don't usually spread. A boil or abscess can form on anyone, at any age, and it appears that no one is immune from them.

Don't Delay Treatment
Early Remedies Reduce Pain
It's not advised to delay treatment, as the infection can worsen quickly, particularly if you have a compromised immune system. Diseases such as diabetes, may make you more vulnerable to a more serious infection, so early treatment is always advised. Occasionally your doctor may need to lance and drain the boil. Seeking early treatment reduces the likelihood of the boil or abscess becoming more painful. Sometimes a boil or abscess may lead to an infection with a fever. Please seek medical attention if this happens. How to Get Rid of a Boil
