Some remedies involve a little work to be effective on the troublesome disorder of eczema. Add 200 grams of mustard oil into an iron pot. Bring it to a boil and add 50 grams of fresh and cleaned neem leaves. Immediately turn off the heat when the leaves turn black and let cool. Sift the leaves and apply the oil on the eczema rash 4 times a day. It is said that if use this application for at least a year, your eczema will never return.

An oatmeal bath is excellent for soothing itchy skin. Take some rolled oats and grind them in a coffee grinder or small food processor until it's reduced to a fine powder. Gradually add the powder to a warm bath while the water is running in the bathtub and soak in the mixture 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly under the shower to remove the oatmeal powder from skin. Then, apply a generous amount of a thick moisturizer to your skin while the pores are still open. A natural moisturizer such as Vaseline works quite well.
