A really resource packed lens. While I will love to recommend this lens to others, my personal favorite is mindfulness meditation -- another natural remedy.

    Thank you.

Alright, good work here on alternative way to treat depression. Too many people suffer from this disorder. Thanks for visiting my previous lens on emotional healing. For fun, hope you will visit my new lens about Travel and Dream Trips. Gary Eby, author and therapist.

Good lens! And well-written. I agree that Omega-3 is an important part of a diet to beat depression and feel great. I added Omega-3 supplements to my diet when I was beginning a new diet to beat my depression. It's too bad our society has to eat industrial cattle depleted of healthful Omega-3 rather than grass-fed beef brimming with it.

I believe another important part of curing depression is stabilizing blood sugar. You can read my story at How I beat depression (by eating a diet for low blood sugar)
