Lose Weight The Natural Way
I tried every gimmick there is for weight loss and spent literally thousands of dollars. The changes in my life and the way I feel are amazing since I stopped using all the tricks and started focusing on living healthy. This is me a year ago after I had lost close to 50 lbs. One of the things I had to learn was that a quick fix is not the answer.
Ingredients List Reading Is My Specialty
I never buy anything without reading the ingredient list!
Since I learned how much hidden sugars are in our food boxes and mixes, I never buy anything without reading the ingredient lists. I even keep a magnifying glass on my key chain to make it easier at the grocery store.
I am amazed that they can say something is fat free or sugar free then when I look at the ingredient list it has those things in it! The manufacturers are really trying to pull the wool over our eyes. They do not care about health, just money.
Don't let them fool you any longer. Read the ingredient list of every food item you buy!

I lost 100 pounds and am proud of it.
It was right around the new year when I was looking for a solution to my weight problem. I had tried it all before and was googling for an answer. Deb had her WOW program then and it worked for me. How much is good health worth to you?
After struggling with my weight all my life and finally conquering my demons I often wonder how much I have spent on this challenge over the past 30 years. I am told that 80% of Americans today are over weight. This is a very sad situation in the nation that is supposed to be the top place in the world to live. I changed my whole life and started living healthy.
Everyone Deserves to Live Healthy
I have lost over 33 pounds since the picture above using a natural weight loss program and changing the way I think. I had no idea that making small changes every day could impact my life so much. I have learned that compound interest pays off in everything not just in money issues. When I focused on living healthy instead of losing weight, My life started to change. When I began to replace things in my life like sugary teas with whole food or beverages that actually promoted good health then I started to feel better. The commitment had to last and I couldn't change everything over night. She gave me the start to change myself and then as I became a new person I became open for more changes.
