A Stronger Prescription Every Year
Natural Eye Care
Macular degeneration, myopia, glaucoma, dry eye . . . it seems the list of eye problems gets worse every year right along with your prescription.
A large part of the blame can be given to our modern lifestyle. Sitting in front of the computer for extended periods of time causes nearsightedness. As we get older, vision weakens yet again and we find ourselves with two prescriptions or worse yet, bifocals.

Dry Eye
Dry eye occurs for a variety of reasons. Many people thought Lasik was the answer to prayer, but as it turns out there are problems associated with laser eye surgery.
Many people who have had the surgery have problems with chronic dry eyes and find that their eyes are extremely light sensitive.
While the number of people who have bad or poor results from laser eye surgery are few, do you want to be the one with a botched procedure?
As we get older the eye produces less moisture. Climate and weather also contribute to dry eyes. Another major cause is contact lenses which also suck moisture from the eye.
When you combine all of the above with sitting in front of a computer screen and not blinking for extended periods of time, chronic dry eye is often the result.

Healing Your Sty Naturally
Stys can be caused by obstruction of the oil glands or openings in the eyelid, not removing makeup completely, poor health, stress, using old cosmetics
hormonal changes, or an infected follicle at the base of the eyelash.
Coriander Eye Wash

Wait until cool.
Use as an eyewash.
Once the tea is cool, place it in a clean eye dropper bottle. For children, put some drops on a washcloth and cleansed the eyelid that way.
Tea Bag Remedy
Moisten a regular tea bag
Place it on the closed eye
Apply a bandage to keep it in place
The tea will help draw out the sty.

- Nice Lens! Many people disregard the importance of proper eye care. Midland has a lot of doctors who specializes in certain abnormal eye conditions. Many even practice
laser eye surgery. Saginaw has a lot too - that's why I don't get why there are so many people who disregard proper eye care.
