INTERNAL HEMORRHOIDS TREATMENT

In order to find out how internal hemorrhoids treatment works we need to understand exactly what we are dealing with.

WHAT ARE HEMORRHOIDS?

Hemorrhoids happen when the blood vessels that are situated inside the anal canal swell. They are actually inflamed veins inside the rectum and also around the rectum. Hemorrhoids are extremely painful but not usually dangerous. Usually hemorrhoids can be treated by natural medicines and correct diet, although sometimes surgery is needed.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF HEMORRHOIDS

There are two different types of hemorrhoids: external hemorrhoids and internal hemorrhoids. Today we are going to talk about Internal Hemorrhoids.

Internal hemorrhoids are less painful than the external type. They are usually found way inside the rectum and here there are no pain sensing nerves. However they may cause bleeding whilst you're on the toilet. Also sometimes they can prolapse and move down into the sphincter. Then they can become quite painful.

A FEW FACTS

Men and Women are vulnerable to getting hemorrhoids. There is a myth that Men are more likely to be affected by Hemorrhoids, but this has not been proven in any sense. In fact women are in-particularly vulnerable during pregnancy.

Everybody actually has hemorrhoids, the question is if they are inflamed or swollen. Eating lots of fiber, for example vegetables and fruit is very beneficial and can reduce the risk, or help to relive symptoms, but it does not guarantee that you will not be afflicted.

5 TIPS TO HELP GET RID OF INTERNAL HEMORRHOIDS

Here I'd like to outline 5 important tips to help you get rid of your hemorrhoids. Having said that, although these tips may help, they don't always eliminate the hemorrhoids altogether.

1. DIET - Generally speaking hemorrhoid problems can be greatly helped by changing your diet. You need to eat lots of fruits and vegetalbes which contain fiber. Fiber helps your bowls move easier and prevents straining, which cause hemorrhoids.

2. DRINK - Make sure to drink plenty. When you don't drink enough your stools become harder and dryer, which results in them being harder to pass, resulting in straining.

3. REDUCE SALT INTAKE - Salt causes the body to hold on to fluid and makes the body swell as well as the blood vessels that cause hemorrhoids.

4. DON'T STRAIN - Straining is one of the main causes of hemorrhoids, so do your best to be relaxed and take your time. If you feel constipated then you might want to check that you are eating enough fruits and vegetables and drinking enough.

5. HAVE A BATH - Having a warm bath is a great way to relax, increase blood flow and reduce the pain at the same time.

TO SUM IT UP

So, as we have learned, most hemorrhoids can be kept under control by keeping up a healthy lifestyle. You need to maintain a healthy weight, get regular exercise, don't eat too much salt, avoid straining, and eat lots of vegetables and fruit. This will naturally build up a prevention of the occurrence of hemorrhoids.
