Natural Paths To Cure Anxiety
There Are 4 Fundamental Means Of Naturally Curing Anxiety

Physical
This is the most basic and also one of the most powerful. I'm sure you've heard the numerous studies and news articles that trumpet exercise as being just as effective at curing depression and anxiety as the most powerful anti depressant and anxyolotic medication. Well it's true. Exercise releases powerful hormones that have a calming effect on the brain and body.
Spiritual
Psychologists aren't agreed on why people who follow a particular religion show healthier signs of mental state than those who don't. This also isn't specific to any particular religion or belief. Simply leading a life with some spiritual and deeper aspect seems to help offer balance and a rooting force to one's life.
Intellectual
This is the route favoured by Cognitive Behavior Therapists as it aims to use your rational enquiry to hammer down your irrational fears and feelings. If followed carefully and progressively it can have a huge impact on your life. It can be a very difficult and long process though.
Emotional
We're emotional beings and anxiety is often caused by emotional triggers. Emotion is one of the most powerful agents to combat and cure anxiety. Through the use of powerful visualizations and self hypnosis you can tap your inner emotional strength to fight back your negative fears.

- I want a natural cure because I believe in it. I rely heavily on god and try to reason myself back to reality through the use of imagery (imagining I'm that my tension is being stripped from me). Music helps a great lot too.
