Natural Bodybuilding - Reviewing Top Drug Free Bodybuilding Programs

If you're anything like me, you are getting sick and tired of all of the pumped up claims made for the latest system that guarantees to get you huge and shredded in world record time. Better than any other system.

And a lot of these programs with over-hyped programs can actually get you huge and ripped. For awhile. If you use all of the supplements they the pedal to you in the process.

That's why Shawn LeBrun's update to his Simple Steps To Get Huge And Shredded grabbed my interest. His headline catches the attention of anyone seriously looking for a way to build muscle naturally and stay away from all of the drug pushers:

"Finally... This Natural Bodybuilder, Personal Trainer, And Everyday 'Average' Guy Reveals His Proven Secrets For Gaining Muscle Mass Quickly And Naturally... Showing You, Step-by-Step, How To Pack On 15, Even 20 Pounds Of Solid Muscle - In Just 9 Short Weeks!"

Anyone that calls himself a "Natural Bodybuilder" gets my attention. I initially thought this was just going to be more misleading hype or maybe a slight revision on LeBrun's earlier stuff.

After taking a long, solid look at it I changed my mind - somewhat. But I still had a small reservation. You can discover what I really thought and read my full review of Simple Steps To Get Huge And Shredded at my natural bodybuilding review site.

Natural Bodybuilding - The Only Way To Go

Natural bodybuilding includes both training & diet for the drug free bodybuilder. Natural bodybuilding is a far superior way to build every aspect of your physique as well as your mind and emotional state.

It is real compliment to a productive and happy level of fitness - not a detriment. It is far more attractive, healthy , and the muscle stays with you for life.

Natural bodybuilding competition is a drug-free sport with mandatory drug-testing for every competitor at every competition. Each competitor is issued a polygraph test prior to going on stage, and the winner of every division is required to have a urine test after the competition to be tested for anabolic steroids, growth hormone, amphetamines, and illegal diuretics.

Natural bodybuilding is definitely the way to go, unless you really want to cheat in order to achieve your goals! You don't, do you? Not cheating makes reaching those goals that much sweeter.

Drug free bodybuilders know much better how to build muscles the real way, because they have to build the muscles themselves! Drug free bodybuilding competition takes dedication, persistence, and discipline. There is no margin for error.

Proper nutrition is obviously essential to any bodybuilder and absolutely critical for the natural bodybuilder. At least 5 (sometimes 6-8) meals a day is standard procedure. Nutrition should provide the proper balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates so that your muscles can heal and build. A natural bodybuilding diet , like any diet that works to bolster nutrition, focuses on fresh, natural, whole foods and eliminates processed foods, as a general rule.
