Natural cleaning recipes won't damage your DNA
Have you ever wondered what happens to your DNA when you use household cleaners loaded with chemicals? I have come across many articles that recommend natural cleaning recipes but have yet to find one that explains why.
I never used to be an avid supporter of natural cleaning recipes, until I found out what happens to your DNA when it comes into contact with household cleaners containing chemicals.

Even a single stranded break to DNA left unrepaired is enough to cause cancer. Can you even begin to imagine how dangerous these chemicals are for a developing baby or young children if it poses such a big threat to adults?

Many people tell me that they don't have the time to mix their own natural cleaning recipes. But if you consider the health risk of regular household cleaners, mixing your own natural cleaning recipes will give you and your family more time, in the way of a healthier and longer life.
