Enzymes are very safe and effective. They are good to take if you are lactose intolerant and want to enjoy your favorite ice cream. They will also help if you over eat and want to get rid of that "too full" feeling. You may have to try several types of enzymes until you find the one that works right for you.

Enzymes can be found in any health food store, in most vitamin sections of supermarkets, or ordered online at any vitamin retailer. They are very inexpensive and work great.
