A. There are lots of foods that are good to get rid of cellulite! The problem is that most of us take perfectly healthy foods that would help us burn fat and turn them into foods that make us fatter by breading them, frying them, and drowning them in fatty, goopy, calorie heavy sauces.

Any fruit or vegetable in it's natural state (raw or lightly steamed) has excellent potential to help you get rid of cellulite. Just don't drown them in butter, cheese, salad dressing or sugary syrup. And for heaven's sake don't bread them and/or fry them.

For those that eat dairy, make it the low fat kind. Fat free is best, but you can also choose 1% or 2% dairy. If you eat yogurt, beware of the sugar content. Your best cellulite burning option is plain yogurt with chopped fresh fruit, a bit of vanilla extract and a teaspoon or two of agave nectar or raw honey. For a healthy zero calorie sweetener, I recommend stevia extract or powder.

If you choose to eat meat, go for the leanest cuts you can purchase. Think quality over quantity. Remember, a serving is only 3-4 ounces. Unless you're an NFL linebacker, you shouldn't be eating more than that in one sitting anyway. Skinless chicken is always a great option. Eggs are a good source of protein and inexpensive too. If you can't eat whole eggs, go for the egg whites. Even if you throw out the yolk, it's still a cheap, healthy option that will help you get rid of cellulite.

If you're going to eat bread or pasta, eat only 100% whole wheat or nothing at all. Anything less is a waste of calories and won't help you get rid of cellulite. For those that are gluten intolerant, stick with either whole grains such as quinoa, buckwheat, or armanth. If it doesn't say whole grain, just don't bother. Have a baked potato or whole grain brown rice instead.

For all you vegetarians and vegans out there a word of caution. There are many soy based products on the market that are tasty, but watch out for the fat calories. Those foods that are made to resemble meat generally have a high fat content. Be a label reader! A serving should have no more than 3-5 grams of fat per 100 calories.

Great lens! I love it!!

I reduced my cellulite to minimum, it is invisible now. And for this, I did not use any surgeries, just home remedy which sometimes costs nothing.

This is what I did (and some things I am still doing every day):

- body scrubbing (coffee ground scrubs work great and cost nothing)
- body brushing
- avoid fast foods and sodas
- body wrapping
