- I'm a firm (no pun intended) believer in using essential oils for the face and body. They are totally pure with pure ingredients. Great lens!

- Carrot seed oil and almond oil do absolute wonders for my face. I also use olive oil on my body right after a shower or bath. It's the only thing that saved my skin this summer in such an arid environment.

- What I liuke about thise remedy is that it is natural. some of the other anti aging stuff could harm your skin.
