Sounds like you need a Mother Nature Mini Vacation, and you've come to the right place!
Just follow the simple instructions below to be whisked off to a magical place of relaxation and beauty, if only for just a moment or two, featuring inspirational thoughts to ponder, some soothing music and sounds from Mother Nature, and artwork from my Mother Nature series.

Instructions For Mini Meditations
1. Pour yourself a soothing hot beverage (herbal or decaf are preferable)2. Sit in a comfortable chair.
3. Pick an image from below that makes you smile.
4. Click on the arrow on the YouTube module that you'll find beneath each image
5. Take three slow, deep, cleansing breaths.
6. Repeat the meditation phrase out loud or in your mind, over and over, like a mantra.
7. Imagine yourself in the beautiful, colorful, peaceful surroundings in the image.
8. Enjoy your mini vacation!
9. Repeat as necessary.
