Ever wanted to go on an adventure out to sea, but you just haven't had the time or money to plan the trip? I know I have and it doesn't help that I live smack dab in the Midwest (Minnesota to be exact.)
I was browsing the Internet over the weekend for sailor related apparel and I came upon Halloween Costumes.org. I decided, "What the heck, shouldn't hurt, to browse for a little bit." As I was browsing the site, I was impressed with their selection of sailor costumes. These costumes feature sizes and styles for men, women, and children and even plus sizes! Talk about a variety right? The costumes vary from the traditional navy blue and white as seen in true Navy uniforms, to pink and bright blue, red, and white! They even have sailor costumes for that person who is into vintage styles or sexy costumes for the more daring.
All these costumes eventually led me to thinking about how to bring the sea to the Midwest or any other place where access to the ocean is limited. Whether it's hosting a nautical costume party or heading out on your miniature yacht on a lake, or even enjoying a river cruise, there are numerous ways of how to bring the sea to you.
