Navi Rawat is an American actress of Indian and German descent. She formerly starred on the CBS television drama "Numb3rs". "Numb3rs" was a popular American police/crime television drama that centered around a fictional FBI agent, "Don Eppes" and his family.
Unfortunately, CBC's "Numb3rs" was canceled in May 2010. Navi had been an original cast member on "Numbers" for six seasons since 2005. Navi Rawat played, "Amita Ramanujan", an Applied Mathematician, who had a romantic relationship with her thesis advisor, "Charlie Eppes", played by David Krumholtz. "Charlie Eppes" was the brother of FBI Special Agent "Don Eppes", played by Rob Morrow.
Navi's character, "Amita", and her love interest "Charlie Eppes" assisted the FBI in solving FBI crimes through mathematics. Also previously starring on "Numb3rs" was Judd Hirsch playing "Alan Eppes", father to "Charlie and Don Eppes". "Numb3rs" previously aired Friday evenings on CBS.
