HERE'S THE REAL SKINNY

NCAA Playoffs VS BCS

Computers and polls should not decide who is going to be the NCAA football champs. I agree with Barack Obama, we need an 8 team playoff.



The top 8 teams should play in the Rose, Orange, Sugar and Fiesta Bowl. That wouldn't hurt any of the Bowls and only 4 teams would have an extended season by one week, and two by two weeks.

Its about time!

Think about this folks. If my Iowa Hawkeyes (Go Hawks!) had not upset Penn State this year, it would probably be Penn State and Alabama in the Championship game! Now, as much as I personally would prefer to see Penn State to Southern Cal, can anyone really say that those would be the two best teams?

As Much As I Don't Like the BCS System, I Won't Miss Any Games

and Here Is the Schedule So You Won't Either!

But I still hope you will vote here and where it counts to express that travesty that is the BCS. We need a system with both bowl games and a play off system!

2013 IS THE LAST YEAR OF THE BCS. 2014 WILL SEE PLAYOFFS!

I predict that when we finally get the playoff in place, we will still have the controversy. However, rather than being about who should or shouldn't be ranked 1 and 2 it will be, who should be ranked in the top 8 and get into the playoffs.

  1. Boise State will probably never be in the champtionship game, but they could be with the BCS.
  2. The BCS would not be fair is there were 3 really good undefeated teams.
  3. The President Elect is really smart and he wants a playoff.
