    NCO is an aggressive collection agency. It often places negative marks on credit reports. If you have NCO placing bad items on your credit reports, you can dispute them using your rights under FCRA and FDCPA

    I found NCO Financial reporting negative items on my credit report. at that time my credit score decrease by 200 points. then i hired a credit repair company to fix collections on my credit file. I have got those items deleted from my credit report but i got just 180 points. what about the rest 20 points?

    Is there a class action lawsuit against this VILE organization? I have told them over and over NOT to call me at work, but they still do. I'm out for blood, the green kind, that's the only language these schmeezoids speak!

    I had a disputed charge on an AT and T cellphone. NCO and AT and T resolved the dispute and AFTER this and AFTER the agreement that there would be nothing adverse put on my credit, NCO put not one but two adverse credit entries on my credit report. I have the documentation that the matter was fully resolved and I want these entries deleted. I am also filing reports with the Pa. State Attorney General's office and the FTC, as well as seeking private counsel for the purposes of bringing an action against NCO.
