If a person has a near death experience, they now have an experience and not just an opinion to base their viewpoint on. I persoanlly have had the experience of moving between the physical and what I call the Kingdom of Light Dimension, that is described in Scripture as "heaven". But there is more. There is a dimension that is in between these two dimensions and I refer to that as the "Ethereal Dimension". This is the dimension of the air and space around us beyond our natural sensory abilities. We now, as a civilization, access that dimension by the use of electronic devices. This dimension is not only the environment of radio, television and all kinds of micro waves and fields such as magnetic and light fields, but is also inhabited by the beings that were relegated there through the rebellion in heaven and also those who have died but were not allowed access to the kingdom of light dimension due to not having a resurrected spirit-body, referred to inacurately as our "spirit". This access is the result of having been "born again", through faith and acceptance of the rulership and relationship with the Savior Yahshua of Nazareth. Those who have not had this experience of having been born again are held in the same suspicious opinion as those who have had a near death experience. The experience gives the born again believer as well as the NDE experienced person a perspective that the person who only has an "opinion" but no experience does not have. The certainty and peace that no amount of mocking or ridicule can sway are the result of that "experience".. I have written extensively on this subject over the past 28 years. RERC study
RERC = Religious Experience Research Centre
RERC was founded 1969 to house a large collection of personal spiritual and religious experiences. This motley collection was reviewed for NDE experiences and about 100 were found - interestingly enough many experiences fit the traditional descriptions except for the fact that the experiencer was not near death at the time of the experience!
This material is interesting largely because it was collected by people with no vested interest in NDEs and much of it dates from before the first publications about the issue. This makes it more impartial than previous studies have been.
