I love necklaces. They are probably my favorite piece of jewelry. Perhaps, that is simply because your neck is naturally a lovely form for display or perhaps, it is because I have to use my hands so much when I am doing any type of work, that rings and bracelets tend to get in the way or messed up.

Once it gets dark on Halloween, the trick or treaters come out to play. I watch the children in our neighborhood cross the street back and forth as they zoom from one house to another. Almost every year, I hear the screeching of tires. Children get so excited on Halloween, that they sometimes forget that they are still sharing the streets with cars.
