Meet Your Girl Friday!

A 'go to' girl; a female who will help you get things taken care of; a female you can rely on when you are in need of extra assistance; a female who acts as a 'jack of all trades' and is capable of doing almost anything; a girl you can count on when you are overwhelmed with your own chores and the duties must be done; a girl who does most of the leg work on a project, but never takes (or gets) credit.

Hello, I am Correen a joyful and successful Squidooer. To date I've published over 100 lenses and truly take pleasure in the opportunity to be creative and informative. Prior to raising my family, I spent five years in the US Navy as a dental technician and it is where I met my partner for life, Mark. We currently live in beautiful Washington, surrounded by God's country. Our twenty something boys are happily self sufficient and finding their way in the crazy ups and downs of life. Most recently we've added two goats to our brood and they remind us daily that laughter really is the best medicine.

Personal computing and discovering the Internet has lead to a positive outlet and along the way it has been about finding out more. Our current life situation, my husband laid off from his conductor position with the railroad has spurred me to look at additional avenues for income. What I've come to realize is I'm passionate about the Internet and what it offers, I love being creative, I delight in helping others. This introspection shaped this lens.

There are so many talented people here on Squidoo, yet not everyone is into design, nor do many even have a clue how to add that 'special touch' to a lens. That is where I come in. Let me add the wow...you reap the benefits!
