Wendy, I love this product. I was never one to drink energy drinks before because of all the nasty ingredients in them. When I found out about crave I was impressed that it didn't have all the sugar and carbs in it like the others. Everyone can use the energy you get from crave and not have to feel guilty drinking it. I can get a lot done and feel great when I drink crave.
