My Review of Sandman
'Preludes and nocturnes' is a paperback collection of the first numbers of Sandman graphic novels (from number 1 to number 8). Thus begin the story of the lord of dreams.
Morpheus also know as 'dreams' is one of the antropomorphic "avatar' of 7 principles: Dream, Destiny, Desire, Despair, Destruction, Delirium and Death. At the beginning of the book he is captured by a human wizard and imprisoned for 70 years.
After the escape, he start a voyage to recover his item of powers and finally his rightful place in the Dreamland.
The storytelling is incredible: probably the most visionary moment is the voyage to hell, in order to recover his helm from a demon.
This in only an appetizer, the other books describe vividly other denizens of the dream realm, what happens when we dream (we travel to his realm, basically) and... we get to know his 'family'.
Coraline trailer!
In the End Coraline arrived but i've still got to view it! As far as i can see from the IMDB review it's quite good and visually stunning! Coraline Review on IMBD

You may notice a resemblance to Robert Smith of Cure

Death: isn't she cute ?
"What power would hell have if those imprisoned here would not be able to dream of heaven?"

Nope, it didn't meet my expectations

Delirium: she is the super nutso, yet cute in a strange way.

Desire: the androginous master of human emotions.
Who was your favorite endless?
If you have read it, would you rate it ?

Despair: fat, ugly and unbereable, like her realm. Twin sister of Desire!
The best line ever:
Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so a simple phrase like 'maybe we should just be friends' or 'how very perceptive' turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart.
