Great musicians from former Yugoslavia

I decided to introduce you these musicians, because I am listening them for a couple of days and I love their work. Neno Belan & Djavoli is pop, rock, rock and roll band from former Yugoslavia. Neno Belan was born February 2, 1960 in Croatia. His first band was "Losos, Kavijar i Marsovi Bizoni", than in 1980 he became a member of the band "Narodno Blago", which was disbanded in 1983. Because he wanted to perform, he formed the band "Djavoli", which in english means "The Devils". Their music was inspired by 1950s rock and roll. They performed until 1991, when Yugoslav wars started. After that Neno Belan decided for solo career and performing mostly abroad. In 1998 he reunited "Djavoli", but they disbanded once again, this time for ever. Neno Belan is still active in music business.

Neat, neat! I'm very interested in your part of the world. There were, are, a lot of Croatians on the Hungarian-Austrian border where I have family history. I'll be back with my dictionary.
