Anyway, those major problems won't affect any features of NeoBux, besides that Paypal is gone forever, both as a purchase and cashout option.For now, Alertpay is the only alternative.

All Golden members now have the option to rent referrals in a queue, meaning you simply order your refs and have to wait a specific timeframe, but you'll get your refs quaranteed after the time has passed. The queue is limited to 25 refs and the prices are higher than the for normal renting. The waiting time before you can queue another 25 refs is set at 7 days.

The admin took a call with a Paypal employee and the staff's clarification was that "too many transactions were done with the account"?! What did they expect from such a popular and honest(!) PTC site?
Anyway, those major problems won't affect any features of NeoBux, besides that Paypal is gone forever, both as a purchase and cashout option.For now, Alertpay is the only alternative.

Golden Pack Pre-Order now available and extended!
The pre-ordering phase for the new golden upgrade packs has now started and is also extended until October 25th due to the latest Paypal issues. After the beta testing phase is over, the newly purchased packs will be yours for exactly one year!

Paypal Issues resolved!!!
Paypal has unfrozen the NeoBux Paypal account. The reasons for unbanning were most probably because of the awesome community behind NeoBux, thousands of people have also signed a petition to bring Paypal back.
Now it's on the admins side whether or not to re-implement Paypal as a purchase and cashout option. But most probably Paypal will come back soon, as demanded by many members!
October 19th 2008:
All Golden Upgrade Packs now include a brand new rental queue. You can even get your refs within 24 hours, but for double the normal price. Otherwise you'll see how long you'll have to wait until you get your ordered refs.
October 21st 2008:
Paypal purchase option is temporary available again for testing purposes. It may be removed at any time. Cashouts via Paypal are still not available since new rules have to be defined from the NeoBux staff!
October 22nd 2008:
Paypal cashout is back! Finally the cashouts via Paypal have been re-enabled by the NeoBux Admin. And the best thing is, no new rules were defined! Everything is the same like before the PP crisis.
October 25th 2008:
Vacation Mode is now available for Golden Upgrade Packs that include that feature. You can manage the days you won't be able to click from your "Golden Pack" menu.
November 7th 2008:
NeoBux is introducing a monthly contest, for Standard members only!
The person who has accumulated the most clicks in a single month will receive a one year Golden membership PLUS an Ultimate upgrade pack paid for one year! That's worth $980!

November 16th 2008:
NeoBux introduces the Mini Rental Queue for Golden Members!
All Golden members now have the option to rent referrals in a queue, meaning you simply order your refs and have to wait a specific timeframe, but you'll get your refs quaranteed after the time has passed. The queue is limited to 25 refs and the prices are higher than the for normal renting. The waiting time before you can queue another 25 refs is set at 7 days.
November 18th 2008:
New features for NeoBux.
Besides some minor visual tweaks like mouseover effects and slightly changed styles, the NeoBux admin has introduced several new statistics that now show your expenses (pay for another month, money transfered to renting balance) and finally your net earnings (referral earnings minus all expenses including autopay etc., Ultimate members only).
On top of that you'll now also see a yellow star appearing besides your username whenever something has happened with your account, e.g. a failed login attempt, a new referral in your downline or new commissions coming in.
All in all really great additions and there's even more to come! ;)

Discounts on monthly Referral payments!
While paying to extend your referral's renting time, you now get discounts by choosing longer timeframes instead of the normal 30 days. By choosing 60 days you get 10% and by choosing to extend the time to 90 days you'll get a 20% discount. These discounts are for all memberships. Great additions!
December 4th 2008:
Christmas gifts...
Gift #1 - Each day you have the chance to get double of what you bought on NeoBux, e.g. referrals, ads or memberships. Everyday one member will be randomely choosen and gets such a nice gift!
Gift #2 - The referral listings got better. First, you can now choose the number of refs that should be displayed on a single page. Second, which is an extremely helpful addition, you can now select multiple refs in a row by holding the button (e.g. select ref number one, then hold and click on ref number 59, all refs from 1 to 59 will be selected).

- The problem is that you are only able to submit support tickets after being logged in. But what I can tell you is that I receive answers to my own support tickets from tickets@neobux.com. Maybe you could try this email address to contact them? (not sure if they'll receive your emails though)

So, sending them money probably doesn't make sense in the long run. Do you agree?

- It is wise to get at least 500 referrals first and then move to Golden membership. this way you can have enough referrals for sometime and earn some money. Then you can go for more referrals. This is worth than going golden with 100-300 referrals.
