Launched with much fanfare and an elaborate pre-lauch ad campaign, boosted by a very unique interface which also looked surprisingly good for a PTC, Neobux is indeed not a scam. So far around More than 2 million Dollars were paid out (at the time of publishing) and I have been among those people who were paid out. So u can confidently invest and make money out of this site. The only negative that I can think of is the absurdly high advertising costs, but whether ads are worth or not, should be asked to an advertiser there.

Please read the TOS carefully. Some conditions are extremely new to the industry, aimed at keeping all members active. Check this out: 3.7. The clicks you win from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. The maximum you will receive is twice the clicks per referral on the day after your clicks. So, for example, if on average your referrals click 10 advertisements today you have to had clicked 5 advertisements on the previous day. The calculation used will be 'Maximum_Referral_Clicks_Today = (Your_Clicks_Yesterday * Number_of_Referrals)'. Once the limit is reached the referral clicks will cease to count.
HACKERS BEWARE: This site has a very good defense against people like you, so u'd better watch your step!
1 thing I have noticed is that their adverts and upgrades are extremely costly; while this may be a turnoff to many, it also hints at a more stable structure for a PTC, coz its common knowledge that this model is unsustainable.
